One of the builds we did last year was this duplex in East Nashville. As you can tell, this project is a little bit more colorful than some of our previous projects you’ve seen.
When you walk in to them, you will see that we went with the open floor plan for both of these units as we believe it makes homes feel more “homey” and welcoming.
We like to always make sure there allows to be as much natural light as possible in each home we build, and like to install more interesting and modern light fixtures.
To go along with the exterior color of the house, we thought it would be fun to add in a turquoise island to this build. Thoughts? We personally think it adds a lot of personality!
And then we go upstairs…
The upstairs features a great bonus room as well as a few bedrooms that are a pretty good size if we do say so ourselves!
